Cooking well in small places
Although my multi-cooker is not exactly small, it wound up being perfect for making a delicious meal in our travel trailer, because I only needed one pot.
Sauté peppers and onions in butter.
Add 3 TBSP of good curry, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and 1 can of coconut milk. Stir and place 1 pound of fresh or frozen white fish on top.
Cook for twenty minutes on “Soup” setting.
