Parmesan Almond Crackers
I love making crackers with Almond flour, they are super easy and quick to make. I liked this recipe from The Novice Chef Blog https://thenovicechefblog.com/2018/06/low-carb-crackers because it had so few ingredients. I didn’t add the everything bagel seasoning, but they still came out super delicious.
1 1/2 cups Almond flour, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt.
Mix until thoroughly blended.
Roll out flat and score with a pizza cutter or knife. I rolled this dough out between two silicone baking mats, you can also use parchment paper or plastic wrap, it’s just a little harder to roll evenly.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 15 min.
When rolling make sure you do not make sure you do not make the edges too thin or they will turn out super brown and crispy. Some of my edges were too thin.
